Full Moon in Libra

where dark and light feminine energy coincide. the awakening of the divine feminine goddess.

April 12th we will have a powerful Full Moon in the sign of Libra. This moon is illuminating our relationship to our Divine Feminine Energy and asking us to restore balance where we have fallen out of it.

Dark vs. Light feminine Energy; Where true Goddess energy awakens.

The Full Moon will be conjunct Lilith in Scorpio. Lilith represents our Dark Feminine Energy (check out my previous post on Lilith here). Therefore, this Full Moon will ask you to connect to your inner wild woman. It is asking of us to let out our untamed, raw, primal energy. To become more assertive, demand respect, and not give into people pleasing or trying to keep the peace. Stand strong and firm on what you believe in, use your Dark Feminine Energy to elevate your standards and manifest better for yourself.

However, Libra is ruled by Venus. And Venus in astrology is highly connected to our light feminine. So not only will this Full Moon illuminate the relatiosnhip to your Dark Feminine - it will remind us that we equally need to be connected to our soft feminine. To welcome in our Divine Feminine - we need to be fierce yet soft, strong yet forgiving, nurturing yet demand respect and be wild as well as graceful. Now is the time to lean into both of these sides to embrace our true Goddess Energy.

Venus moves Direct in Pisces; Dive deeply into Goddess Mode

This same day the planet Venus , which has been in retrograde for a while now, is stationing direct. Venus will be direct in Pisces - it’s asking for us to take on all the lessons we have had in the last 2 months about partnerships, self-love & money and bring in bigger and better for ourselves. Allow your feminine energy to lead - to soften yet to strengthen you at the same time. This is Divine Goddess Mode activated. We will be reminded to not sleep on ourselves, our spiritual power, our beauty and our ability to deeply transform and transmute what no longer serves us. We create heaven on earth by honouring the Divine Feminine within us.

T-Square with Mars; Don’t forget the Masculine

Since the Full Moon in Libra is one big balancing act, she will also remind us that we cannot neglect our masculine energy. The Moon will form a T-Square with Mars in Cancer. Mars is our masculine component. Where we take action, initiate and perservere. This aspect will bring in the intuitive action you have been craving. Mars in Cancer will want us to act from intuition rather than logic. It will ask of us to tap into our gut feeling and fight for that which our heart’s desire.

Moon Opposite Chiron: Allow yourself to heal & Soften

The Moon will form an opposition with Chiron in Aries. Chiron is our wounded healer. The things that have once felt like a weakness will always become a strength. Allow the Full Moon to bring up your wounds - don’t fear your vulnerability and pain. You are healing on a profound level but Chiron in Aries will ask us to look our fears in the eye - and go take the leap anyway. Strength and bravery is not the absence of fear. When we are afraid but we do it anyway - that is true strength and bravery. This transit will remind us not to avoid any challenges we may face at this time. To channel our warrior spirit and masculine energy when we need it.

Moon Trine Jupiter: Expanding into higher consciousness

Lastly, we will have a very positive and optimistic energy working with us. The Full Moon in Libra will form a harmonious aspect to Jupiter in Gemini. This will bring a feeling of expansion, luck and new found insights. After this Full Moon, your mind as well as your spirit will be reaching higher levels of consciousness (if you work with it!)
